Reimagining Supported Living for a Limitless Tomorrow
Care Concierge Ventures was founded on a simple belief: young people leaving care or facing housing instability deserve more than a bed for the night. They deserve a place that actively prepares them for the rest of their life - a Life University.
We know that the transition to independence is one of the hardest a young person will face. Many of the young people we will support have experienced trauma, disrupted placements, or a care system that moved faster than they could keep up with. Our model exists to slow that down, to give young people time, consistency and genuinely useful skills before they're expected to stand entirely on their own.
We are relationship-led, not process-led. Every member of our team is here because they understand that ethos and trust, not scale, is what changes outcomes for young people.
Our Values
Trauma-responsive, always.
Every part of how we design our homes and support reflects an understanding of what our young people have been through.
Dignity by design.
Private and shared spaces and self-contained living because independence starts with basic respect.
Relationships over transactions.
We walk alongside young people, not ahead of or behind them.
Real pathways, not just placements.
We want every young person to feel better equipped for education, employment or training when they are with us and/or when they leave us.
Honesty about risk.
We start where we can do the most good safely and grow our offer responsibly over time.
Our StoryOur journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Care Concierge Ventures was founded by a team with deep roots in health and social care, former registered managers and senior leaders across local authorities and the NHS, working alongside clinicians, doctors, social workers and specialists in public health. Between us, we've spent years on the front line of the systems we now work to strengthen.
The idea for CCV began many years ago. But an idea is only ever as strong as the timing, skills and experience behind it, it's taken all three coming together to build something we believe genuinely strengthens what's on offer for young people today.
Our Approach
Care doesn't happen in isolation and neither do we. Our senior management team works in ongoing consultation with a wider network of experts to make sure every part of what we deliver holds up to genuine scrutiny, not just good intentions.
That expertise spans:
Therapeutic and AI-native resources, used to improve the everyday experience of living in our homes
Specialist input on neurodivergence, supporting children and young people with additional and special requirements
A trauma-responsive approach, embedded in how we work, not as a policy on a shelf, but as a standard we hold ourselves to at every level, every day.
